Kitesurf lessons in Preá
You are in the kite village of the corridor. The flat-water lagoon where learning is easiest sits next door at Barrinha de Baixo: we pick you up at your pousada and drop you back after the session.
Preá has the strongest, steadiest wind on the corridor and an endless beach with shore break: a gift once you can ride, an unnecessary exam for your first hours. That's why beginner lessons don't happen on the beach — they happen on the Barrinha de Baixo lagoon, ten kilometres away, where low tide leaves flat, waist-deep water over sand.
Logistics are on us: pousada pickup in Preá, lessons timed to the tide, drop-off afterwards. Already riding? Then the plan changes: wave and jump coaching right here in Preá, or a guided downwinder down the corridor.
How our lessons work
Consecutive blocks with the same instructor, a maximum of two students per instructor, a helmet radio from the first session so we can coach you inside the water, and video analysis so you see what you are fixing. All gear comes from the school, and lessons run in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or French — tell us yours when you book. Our corridor base is Barrinha de Baixo.

I'm staying in Preá — where is the lesson?
Beginner lessons run on the Barrinha de Baixo lagoon, ten kilometres away: flat, shallow water at low tide, the corridor's best classroom. Pickup and drop-off at your pousada included. If you already ride, the session can happen on Preá beach itself.
Single lesson or a package?
We teach in consecutive blocks with the same instructor, because that's how progress actually sticks. Tell us how many days you have in Preá over WhatsApp and we'll shape the plan and quote.
